Busy reading Harry Potter. Can’t take picture of my book haul. 😀 😀 😀

Batman Rebirth #1-3; Detective Comics Rebirth #934-936; We Are Robin #12 (final issue)

Dark Matter:“ In this world he’s woken up to, Jason’s life is not the one he knows. His wife is not his wife. His son was never born. And Jason is not an ordinary college physics professor but a celebrated genius who has achieved something remarkable–something impossible.” I MEAN DOESN’T THAT SOUND GREAT?

City of Thieves : See Lashaan’s review here !

Alice : After reviewing a dark version of Alice, a sweet blogger recommended me this book and it looks soo intriguing, thank you Chesca !

5150 rue des Ormes: I read Aliss from the same author and I loved it so much!  I discovered that this novel was one of his best and want to give it a try.

The Pillars of The Earth: I’ve heard so many good reviews about this author but never actually pick up the book. Until recently, thanks Will! 😀

Broken Monsters : Someone told me that it has similarities to the 1st season of True Detective. This instantly went in my bloated TBR. 😀

S. : J.J. Abrams? I’ve actually seen this book a long time ago, but I only just took the time to read the blurb. It sounds like an interesting idea for a book, an with him as the author, I think anything is possible!

You : The sequel to this book is Hidden Bodies and I’ve seen it around everywhere! And things that I see everywhere are things that I have to investigate and know about! Am I right? 😛

The Sherlockian : A Sherlock story? I’m in. The author is also the screenwriter for The Imitation Game (movie)? I’m double in.

Dark Matter : This blurb is absolutely perfect. It has me hooked and ready to get my hands on the book and find out what’s up. It sounds like it has some real deep things to share with me. I can feel it.

The Martian – Lashaan: Hilarious. Inspiring. Beautiful. This is a movie that knew what it wanted and succeeded in giving its viewers what they wanted.

Trang: AMAZING. I read the book and there were some differences but it wwas such a beautiful adaptation, couldn’t ask for more !

Godzilla – Lashaan: Whenever Bryan Cranston was on screen, this movie glowed in excellency. But when he wasn’t? Only Godzilla’s few spotlight moments could save the movie.

The Big Short – Lashaan: This is an absolutely brilliant movie that will enlighten you on a rather dull subject. Check out my review for more of thoughts on it. Right here buddy.

Casino – Lashaan: Classic movie by the great Scorsese. Brilliant performances by De Niro and Pesci.

Star Trek Beyond – Trang: Been into sci-fi lately since I didn’t have my scifi period in my childhood LOL and this movie was great! Def have a girl crush on Zoe Sanalda ❤ She rocks that intergalactic battles !

The dude showed badassery without saying any words. With a horror movie director for his solo movie, I can’t imagine how crazy the underwater kingdom is going to look like!! I was quite pumped by Ezra Miller’s spotlight. TOO HYPEEEED FOR THESE DC MOVIEEES!! 😀

I can’t wait to see Star Trek Beyond! I’ve heard that it’s in a similar style as the original ST, which I absolutely adore ❤ Glad you had a great July, and happy August! 🙂

Don’t be ashamed! XD You’ve had a hell of a trip to account for. Your next months will probably even more intense. Although, I have to say that it didn’t feel like we’ve posted as much as we could’ve! 😛 Thanks for the kind words though; looking forward to the month of August!
